Assembly connecting roadside cabinet to underground cabling including prefabricated framework, plinth, chamber and cabling ducts Assembly 10 suitable for connecting a roadside electrical cabinet 12 to subsurface cabling which includes a framework 16 supporting a plinth 14 suitable for coupling to the cabinet and a chamber 18 defining an interior void 20. Cabling ducts 22 provide passage for cables from the exterior to the interior of the chamber and a service duct 24 provides passage for cables from the interior of the chamber to the plinth. The plinth may be vertically and laterally offset from the chamber and may include an aperture 26 to provide passage for cables
