An assembly (80, Figure 32) for coupling two adjacent PV panels together comprises an elongate fixing clamp having a central section (84, Figure 32) for receiving a fastener, and two laterally extending members (86,88, Figure 32) on either side of the central section, and an elongate support rail (82, Figure 32) having a mid-section (94, Figure 32) for receiving a fastener to fasten it to the fixing clamp, and two laterally extending side portions (96,98, Figure 32) on either side of the mid-section.
