Improvements in or relating to building structures
The wall 10 comprises inner and outer faces 1, 2 made from glass fibre reinforced boards, which sandwich a centre core layer made from cellular lightweight concrete (CLC). The wall panel also includes at least one rigid component which is located between the boards to support the wall and may be made from light gauge steel. The density of the CLC may be less than 200kg/m3. A building may comprise several said walls where the concrete is continuous and unbroken between walls, and may have been made in situ by pouring the concrete between the fibre reinforced boards. A method of forming a wall with a required insulation which calculates the thickness of CLC required based on the insulation properties of the boards and CLC is also disclosed.
