A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
An undersea tunnel suitable for electromagnetic trains is floated in the epipelagic zone. The tunnel is manufactured from layers of steel wire and is connected to vertical telescopic energy platforms. Energy is produced from the temperature differential between the ends of the tunnel, wind power, wave power and tidal power. The tunnel may be used to route fibre optic and power cables as well as well as water pipes.
