Split-type thermostatic faucet main body and split-type thermostatic faucet
A split type or modular mixing faucet main body having an outlet main body 3 comprising internal parallel water channels 33, 34, 35, a mixing pipeline 2 eccentrically received within the outlet main body for forming at least one of the channels, and a thermostatic main body 4 for receiving a thermostatic valve core, wherein the pipeline has an eccentric connecting seat 21 for locating one end of pipeline 2 in an end of the main body, and the other end of the pipeline is mounted in an narrowed cavity 305 within the main body in communication with an eccentric inner pipe 43 of the thermotactic main body, such that a tube 22 of the pipeline is off set within the main body 3. The off-centre location of the pipeline, and the arrangement of the channels into the thermostatic main body allow for a compact slim design compared to existing thermostatic mixing faucets. The faucet comprises a number of parts with sealing rings or gaskets at interfaces to create a sealed faucet for receiving a thermostatic valve core and a switch valve core at either end.
