An electromechanical device for fluid atomization
The invention provides an electro-mechanical device for atomization of fluid. The device consisting of a piezoelectric transducer used for the generation of ultrasonic waves by converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. The fluid flowing over the vibrating surface absorbs the electromechanical energy and breaks down into smaller particles. The device can be used in multiple functionalities for various fluid, one such major application being atomization of water in outlets like, but not limited to, faucets, shower, taps, etc. Further, water atomized by this process finds application in heavy industries, industrial washing of fruits and vegetables, domestic uses like showering, cleaning, etc., and the travel industry like airlines, train, space mission.
