A kitchen garbage processing apparatus, comprising an outer shell with a rotary motor fixedly arranged on the outside and a feeding port at an upper end of the shell, a dry-wet separation component inside the shell, a pre-storing member 4 inside the shell, a drying member 5 below the pre-storing member, a crushing member 6 at a lower end of the shell, and a swill processing member 7 below the dry-wet separation member. The dry-wet separation component comprises a spiral feeder 2 with helical blades, a circular cavity comprising an internal gear on the inside, and first extrusion blades on the outside of the cavity. An extrusion joint shaft coupled to the cavity with second extrusion blades along the joint shaft. A crushing cavity comprising a crushing-driven cylinder on an outer wall of the cavity with crushing connecting rods. There are a plurality of cutter mounting grooves evenly distributed on the crushing tool mounting racks, with a connecting spring fixed on one side surface of a corresponding cutter mounting groove. Dry-wet separation is performed when the kitchen garbage is transferred into the pre-storing member 4 to prolong a using life of the apparatus.
