Decking beam
A decking beam 10 for use with a storage unit, the decking beam 10 comprising a box section with a top wall 4 with a portion of minimum wall thickness T4min of 2.60 ± 0.50 mm, a bottom wall 6 with a portion of minimum wall thickness of 2.60 ± 0.50 mm, and a first and second side wall 2, 3 extending between the top wall 4 and the bottom wall 6, each side wall 2, 3 comprising a portion of minimum wall thickness T2min of 2.00 ± 0.50 mm. The beam 10 may comprise a top 4 or bottom 6 wall with a maximum wall thickness being 4.00 ± 0.50 mm, and a side wall maximum thickness being 3.15 ± 0.50 mm. The portion of maximum wall thickness may be at least 25% and at most 75% the length of the wall. An external wall surface may comprise ridges to provide grip. An end portion may be arranged for mounting on a track, an attachment member may engage with an end portion of the decking beam to attach to a track. A storage unit comprising the decking beam is disclosed.
