The invention relates to a portable cabin arrangement comprising a first self-contained portable cabin and a second self-contained portable cabin. The cabins are selectively connectable via a removable walkway extending between respective openings in the cabins such a person may transfer between the cabins. The walkway is enclosed within a housing abutting the first and second cabin such that the interior spaces of said cabins are joined via the housing. The cabins have an automatic or semi-automatic disinfection system which is configured to provide selective individual disinfection of the respective cabins.
