Marine fenders
A marine fender (101, Fig 1) is disclosed. The marine fender comprises a shaft 401, an energy-absorptive module 301 located on the shaft, such that the shaft extends through the energy-absorptive module, and a collar 402 releasably attached to the shaft for releasably retaining the energy-absorptive module on the shaft. The collar may be retained on the shaft by a screw thread 404, 405. A kit of parts for constructing a marine fender comprising a shaft, an energy-absorptive module and a retaining collar is disclosed. A method of constructing the marine fender is also disclosed.
