Cement-based calcined board-shaped construction material
The present invention obtains a cement-based sintered sheet-shaped building material having improved impact resistance. The cement-based sintered sheet-shaped building material is produced by adding 0.5-5% of ceramic and/or mineral inorganic fibers to 100 wt% of a composition comprising 5-40 wt% of Portland cement and 5-30 wt% of a glass powder, with the remainder being a refractory aggregate having, as the main constituent, a silica-alumina refractory starting material, kneading the mixture, forming the same into an elongated sheet shape by means of extrusion, and then sintering the sheet. Additionally provided is a cement-based sintered sheet-shaped building material produced by using a heat-curing phenolic resin to adhere a glass fiber sheet to the rear side of the cement-based sintered sheet-shaped building material.
