Inflatable tube assembly
An inflatable tube assembly 10 includes an inflatable tubular bladder 11 formed of flexible material, and at least one sheet 13 comprising relatively less flexible material which is generally planar in a rest state and arranged along a surface of the bladder such that it conforms to a non-planar shape of the bladder when inflated. The arrangement is such that the inflatable tube assembly can be readily rolled or folded when deflated but is rigid when inflated due to the change in shape of the sheet. A boat and a marine evacuation system incorporating at least one inflatable tube assembly is also disclosed.
