A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
A balcony frame is provided to be attached to first and second spaced apart arms projecting from a building structure. The frame has a proximal edge, a distal edge, and first and second lateral edges extending between the proximal and distal edges; a central frame assembly having opposing first and second sides extending in a direction between the proximal and distal edges; and first and second lateral frame assemblies on either side of the central frame assembly. The first and second sides are connected to the first and second lateral frame assemblies by first and second connecting arrangements, respectively, so as to form first and second channels extending from the proximal edge towards the distal edge, so as to receive the first and second spaced apart arms of the building structure therein, respectively.
