Coupling device for releasably coupling a tool to a work machine
A coupling device for releasably coupling a tool to a work machine. The coupling device includes a retaining element (62) for either locking or releasing a connection between a mount (52) of the coupling device and the tool. The retaining element is mounted on the mount by at least one bearing unit (74, 74’) such that it is displaceable along a longitudinal axis (L) and pivotable around a pivot axis (P, fig. 7) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The retaining element comprises at least one bearing element (82, 82’) which has a structural configuration that limits pivoting movement of the retaining element relative to the mount around the pivot axis. By limiting pivoting movement of the retaining mechanism angled positions which may cause damage to the coupling device components such as actuation mechanism hydraulic seals may be avoided.
