The telescopic structure comprises a base element (Item 4) comprising two collars and connecting rods, the ends of the rods connecting to each collar. Extending elements (Item 5) include a collar and connecting rods, one end of the rods connected to the collar. A number of mechanical stops are applied to the ends of the rods on the extending elements after the extending elements have been coupled to the base element. The elements are coupled in a specific arrangement. All the elements may be the same diameter.
