Door with plastic-wood co-extruded skeleton and processing method thereof
A door with a plastic-wood skeleton includes a door skeleton (40, fig 8) made of multilayer boards forming a rectangular frame structure. An outer surface of each multilayer board 5 is wrapped with a PVC wrapping layer 4, and an outer side of the PVC wrapping layer is attached to an SMC door skin 41. A polyurethane filling foam 42 is bounded by the door skeleton and the door skin. A manufacturing method for producing the door is also provided, as is a hemming device for performing part of the manufacturing process.
