POWDER STORAGE FACILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a dust generation trouble caused by powder which is fixed to dust collection piping of a discharge chute of powder storage facilities.SOLUTION: An air amplifier is installed in dust collection piping of a discharge chute of powder storage facilities. Dry compressed air is supplied to the air amplifier at a speed close to a sound speed, and dust is collected by internally generating a strong vacuum by a Bernoulli effect. Thus, the fixation of powder into the dust collection piping is suppressed to prevent a dust generation trouble.
【課題】粉体貯蔵設備の排出シュートの集塵配管に、粉体が固着し発塵トラブルが発生する。【解決手段】粉体貯蔵設備の排出シュートの集塵配管に、空気増幅器を設置し、乾燥した圧縮空気を音速に近い速度で、空気増幅器に供給し、ベルヌイ効果で内部に強力なバキュームを発生させて集塵することで、集塵配管内部への粉体の固着を抑制し、発塵トラブルを防止する。【選択図】図1
