INNER GLASS SKIN STRUCTURE FOR DOUBLE GLASS SKIN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration which comprises sashless plate glass in which four sides are covered with an aluminum cover material of narrow width, being excellent in design, by overcoming insufficient rigidity and difference in a linear expansion coefficient between aluminum and glass.SOLUTION: There are provided a plurality of sashless plate glasses 2 in which four sides are covered with an aluminum cover material 3, a fixing leg member 14 on a fixing side and a door roller 4 on a movable side of a sliding door arranged on a lower side of respective plate glasses 2, and an upper part rail member 6 positioned directly above and below a rail member 5 positioned directly below the respective plate glass 2. At upper and lower sides of the plate glass 2, an inner surface of an end surface cover part 3a of the cover material 3 is bonded to an elastic inclusion object 8 fixed on an end surface of the plate glass 2. On both sides of the plate glass 2, a plurality of band-like connection plates 9 are inserted in series, mutually and with a certain interval, into a connection plate holding part 3d on the inner surface side of the end surface cover part 3a of the cover material 3. Further, each of the band-like connection plates 9 is bonded to the elastic inclusion object 10 that is fixed to the end surface of the plate glass 2.
【課題】アルミニウムとガラスとの線膨張率の違い及び剛性不足を克服し、四辺を幅の狭いアルミニウムのカバー材で被覆した意匠に優れたサッシレスの板ガラスで構成する。【解決手段】四辺をアルミニウムのカバー材3で被覆したサッシレスの複数の板ガラス2と、各板ガラス2の下辺に配した引き違い戸の可動側の戸車4及び固定側の固定脚部材14と、各板ガラス2の直下の下部レール部材5及び直上の上部レール部材6とで構成し、板ガラス2の上下辺では、カバー材3の端面カバー部3aの内面を板ガラス2の端面に固設した弾性介在物8に接着し、板ガラス2の両側辺では、カバー材3の端面カバー部3aの内面側の連結板保持部3dに複数の帯状連結板9を相互に一定間隔をあけて直列に装入し、かつ各帯状連結板9を板ガラス2の端面に固設した弾性介在物10に接着した。【選択図】 図7
