GROUT MATERIAL INJECTION FRAME FOR COLUMN BASE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout material injection frame for a column base member which can prevent the come-off of the frame at the injection work of a grout material, hardly causes float-up, and can prevent the leakage of the grout material to the utmost.SOLUTION: In a grout material injection frame 1 for a column base member, groove parts of a plurality of pieces of band-shaped members 11 to 14 in which the groove parts notched to a short side direction are formed at both end parts are engaged with each other so as to surround an external periphery of a column base member 3 of a foundation 2, a grout material is injected from the inside of the plurality of pieces of the band-shaped members 11 to 14 by using a grout material injection implement, and the grout material is filled into a space which is formed between an upper face of the foundation 2 and a lower face of the column base member 3. At least one piece or more of Z-shaped band-shaped members which are formed in directions in which the groove parts of both end parts are contrary with respect to each other in short side directions are included at the plurality of pieces of the band-shaped members 11 to 14, at least one piece of the band-shaped member has a protrusion which protrudes toward the outside from the column base member 3, and the own weight of the grout material injection implement is supported to an upper end face of the protrusion via a grout material injection implement abutting member 15.
【課題】グラウト材の注入作業の際に外れたり、浮き上がり難く、グラウト材の漏れ出しを極力防止することができる柱脚部材用グラウト材注入型枠を提供すること。【解決手段】短手方向に切り欠かれた溝部が両端部に形成された複数枚の帯状部材１１〜１４の溝部同士を互いに係合させて基礎２上の柱脚部材３の外周を囲むように設置し、複数枚の帯状部材１１〜１４の内側からグラウト材注入具によってグラウト材を注入して基礎２上面と柱脚部材３下面との間に形成された空間にグラウト材を充填するための柱脚部材用グラウト材注入型枠１であって、複数枚の帯状部材１１〜１４には、両端部の溝部がそれぞれ短手方向で相反する方向に形成されたＺ形状の帯状部材が１枚以上含まれている共に、少なくとも１枚の帯状部材が柱脚部材３から外方に向って突出する突出部を有し、その突出部の上端面にグラウト材注入具当接部材１５を介してグラウト材注入具の自重を支持する。【選択図】図１
