PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine driving device capable of decreasing changeover control without requiring a selector valve.SOLUTION: At least two closed circuit hydraulic pumps 2a-2f are configured so as to be connected in a closed circuit to either one of hydraulic actuators 7a-7c, and 10c through a solenoid selector valve 12. A controller 16 includes a priority sequence arithmetic circuit which calculates the allocation of the plurality of closed circuit hydraulic pumps 2a-2f for the hydraulic actuators 7a-7c, and 10c, based on a priority sequence map for setting a priority connection relationship between the operation of control levers 17a and 17b, the plurality of closed circuit hydraulic pumps 2a-2f, and the plurality of hydraulic actuators 7a-7c, and 10c. The priority sequence arithmetic circuit is configured so as to select the unallocated closed circuit hydraulic pumps 2a-2f and allocate, when the allocation number of the closed circuit hydraulic pumps 2a-2f is increased.
