SELF-LUMINOUS DEVICE, SELF-LUMINOUS DELINEATOR AND ILLUMINATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-luminous device, self-luminous delineator and the like whose manufacturing cost can be easily reduced without requiring a long time for manufacturing, which can be installed in a short time, and in which the installation direction of a solar battery panel is not restricted in a specific direction.SOLUTION: A self-luminous device 1 or the like has a laminated structure that includes: one sheet of substrate 10; double-sided power generation cells 12a, etc., embedded inside the substrate 10 and connected to each other; EVA resin 14 formed on both surfaces of the substrate 10 so as to cover the double-sided power generation cells 12a, etc.; and weatherproof films 16 formed on the EVA resin 14 on both surfaces. LED 18-1, etc., are provided on the substrate 10, and the double-sided power generation cells 12a, etc. LED 18-1, etc., and a control circuit unit 20 are integrally mounted on the substrate 10. A self-luminous delineator 60 is realized by using the self-luminous device 1 and the like. When a day/night detection sensor 50 detects that it is night, the control unit 20 causes a secondary battery or an electric double layer capacitor 52 to be discharged, and allows the LED 18-1, etc., to emit light. Otherwise, the LED 18-1, etc., are switched off.
