PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckling restrained brace in which fracture state of core material due to earthquake can be confirmed and the core material only can be easily replaced.SOLUTION: A buckling restrained brace 1 includes: a pair of platy core materials 2, 2 which are disposed parallel to each other with single planes facing each other and both ends of which are connected to a building frame of a building; and a restraining material 3 which is disposed between the core materials 2, 2 and restrains buckling of both core materials 2,2. The pair of core materials 2, 2 are joined to each other together with the restraining material 3 with a plurality of bolts 4 disposed at an interval in a longitudinal direction.
【課題】 地震による芯材の破損状況を確認でき、芯材のみの交換も容易に行うことができる座屈拘束ブレースを提供する。【解決手段】 この座屈拘束ブレース1は、片面が対向し合うように互いに平行に配置され両端が建物の躯体に接続される一対の板状の芯材2,2と、両芯材2,2に挟まれて両芯材2の座屈を拘束する拘束材3とを備える。一対の芯材2,2は、拘束材3と共に、長手方向に間隔を開けて配置した複数のボルト4により相互に接合する。【選択図】 図1
