FITTING FRAME FOR SOLAR CELL MODULE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting frame for a solar cell module having a stable structure that can securely fasten one-side parts of members together with a bolt, and is tolerant of loosening of the bolt due to heat shrinkage, vibration, etc.SOLUTION: A column 3 which supports a solar cell module M at a tilt angle on a muntin 2 supporting it obliquely from below or/and a diagonal member 4 which connects the muntin 2 and the column 3 to each other in a truss state are section steel formed of a steel plate of 1.0-2.5 mm in plate thickness, and have two mutually orthogonal flanges 30 and 40 and lips 31 and 41 which extend from tips of the two flanges 30 and 40 inward in orthogonal directions, respectively.
【課題】部材同士の一辺を確実にボルト締めすることが可能で、熱収縮や振動などによるボルトの緩みに強い安定した構造を有する太陽電池モジュールの取付架台の提供。【解決手段】太陽電池モジュールMを下から斜めに支える縦桟2に傾斜角度を与えて支える支柱3または縦桟2と支柱3とを相互にトラス状に連結する斜め材4のいずれか一方または両方が、板厚1.0mm〜2.5mmの鋼板から形成された形鋼であり、互いに直交する2つのフランジ30,40と、2つのフランジ30,40のそれぞれの先端からそれぞれ直交方向にかつ内向きに延びるリップ31,41とを有する。【選択図】図4
