PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing door body capable of improving both functionality and design.SOLUTION: An opening and closing door body 1 includes a body part 20 disposed to be freely opened and closed in an opening area 2 positioned between an outside space 4 and an inside space 5, and a first exterior panel 40 arranged in a position confronting the body part 20 in the outside space 4, and a first space E1 is formed between a side end in a direction orthogonal to an inside/outside direction extended from the inside space 5 to the outside space 4 in the first exterior panel 40 and the body part 20.
