COUPLING PART COVER FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION PANEL FRAME AND PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION PANEL FRAME USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling part cover which can cover an outer periphery of a coupling part of a foundation pile and a columnar support connected by a coupling tool and prevent falling of the coupling tool, and a photovoltaic power generation panel frame using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a coupling part cover for a photovoltaic power generation panel frame in which a bottom surface opening 6 that can cover a foundation pile is provided on a bottom surface of a cover body 5 that can cover a coupling part outer periphery of the foundation pile 1 and a columnar support 2 coupled thereon, a foundation pile fitting space 7 is provided in the cover body, a columnar support insertion hole 9 is opened on an upper surface 7a of the cover body 5, a coupling tool fitting space 10 that can cover a coupling tool 3 for coupling the foundation pile 1 and the columnar support 2 inserted to the foundation pile is provided in the cover body, the foundation pile fitting space 7 and the columnar support insertion hole 9 are vertically communicated, the coupling tool fitting space 10 is communicated with the foundation pile fitting space 7 on the side of the foundation pile fitting space 7 and opened on the bottom surface of the cover body 5, the foundation pile fitting space 7 covers the outer periphery of the foundation pile 1, and the coupling tool fitting space 10 covers the coupling tool 3 for coupling the columnar support 2 inserted from the columnar support insertion hole 9 to the foundation pile fitting space 7 and the foundation pile 1.
【課題】連結具で連結した基礎杭と支柱との連結部の外周を被覆でき、連結具の脱落も防止できる連結部カバーと、その連結部カバーを使用した太陽光発電パネル架台を提供する。【解決手段】基礎杭１とその上に連結される支柱２の連結部外周に被せることのできるカバー本体５の底面に、基礎杭に底面開口部６を備え、カバー本体内に基礎杭嵌合空間７を備え、カバー本体５の上面７ａに支柱差込孔９が開口され、カバー本体内に基礎杭１とそれに差し込まれた支柱２を連結する連結具３に被せることのできる連結具嵌合空間１０を備え、基礎杭嵌合空間７と支柱差込孔９は上下に連通し、連結具嵌合空間１０は基礎杭嵌合空間７の横に基礎杭嵌合空間７と連通し且つカバー本体５の底面に開口して形成され、基礎杭１の外周に基礎杭嵌合空間７を被せ、支柱差込孔９から基礎杭嵌合空間７まで差し込まれた支柱２と基礎杭１を連結する連結具３に連結具嵌合空間１０を被せる。【選択図】図１
