PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic of high kr and high specific dielectric constant which can be sintered at low temperature and exhibit minimal characteristics variations.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric ceramic has a primary phase constituted by ceramic grains of perovskite crystal structure containing Pb, Nb, Zn, Ti, and Zr, and a secondary phase constituted by ZnO grains present sporadically in the primary phase.
【課題】高kr、高比誘電率を呈する低温焼成可能な特性が高く、かつ特性バラツキが小さい圧電セラミックスの提供。【解決手段】Pb、Nb、Zn、Ti、Zrを含むペロブスカイト型結晶構造を有するセラミックス粒子からなる主相と、主相中に散在するZnO粒子からなる副相と、を有する圧電セラミックス。【選択図】なし
