PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for sealer having excellent blocking resistance and film-forming property, and inorganic building material having the coating composition for sealer applied thereto.SOLUTION: A coating composition for sealer comprises a resin emulsion comprising emulsion particles having a plurality of resin layers obtained by multi-stage emulsion polymerization of a monomer component and a pigment, wherein the amount of the pigment is 140-400 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of nonvolatile content of the resin emulsion.
