DISASTER PREVENTIVE EVACUATION SHELTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem by devising a method for largely shortening evacuation time therefore, since a disaster is caused by that a moving distance up to an evacuation facility is a very long distance for an aged person, a child and a handicapped person and that evacuation equipment is insufficient, when 20 thousands or more of citizens are dead without completing evacuation in the East Japan earthquake disaster, and also when a huge disaster unexperienced so far is caused such as damage by an avalanche of earth and rocks caused by heavy rain by a Typhoon in an Izu Oshima Island and a flood tide came surging to the Leyte Island of the Philippine.SOLUTION: The present invention develops a shelter having a shelter body (1) equipped with a waterproof hatch (5) inside a shelter dock (2) fixed to a concrete foundation (8) and a platform (3) in an inside upper part of the shelter dock (2).
【課題】東日本震災で二万人以上の市民が避難を完了することなくして亡くなった。また、伊豆大島では、台風による大雨が原因で発生した土石流による被害やフィリッピンのレイテ島に押し寄せた高潮など、今までの経験以上の巨大な災害が発生した。それは、避難施設までの移動距離は高齢者、子供、障害者などにとって非常に長距離であったり、避難設備が不足していたりが原因であった。そこで、避難時間を大幅に短縮する工法を考案した。【解決手段】コンクリート基礎（８）に固着したシェルタードック（２）の内部には、防水ハッチ（５）を装備したシェルター本体（１）及びシェルタードック（２）の内側の上部には、プラットホーム（３）を備えたシェルターを開発した。【選択図】図１
