GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD BY HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION AND AGITATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure injection and agitation ground improvement method capable of establishing a largely scaled ground solidification improvement body in various shapes adapted to a job site, and sharply modifying/improving a construction term/construction costs.SOLUTION: In a high pressure injection and agitation ground improvement method for inserting a pipe rod 2 up to predetermined depth in the ground, and for injecting curing agent from the pipe rod 2 at a high speed under a high pressure, and for carrying out ground cutting and agitation/mixture, the pipe rod 2 is inserted into the ground, and the curing agent is injected in a predetermined time at a high speed under a high pressure by the pipe rod 2 in a rotation-stop state without rotating the pipe rod 2, and the pipe rod 2 is rotated at a predetermined angle within a range of 4 to 15 degrees after injection, and the rotation is stopped, and the curing agent is injected in a predetermined time at a high speed under a high pressure by the pipe rod 2 in a rotation-stop state without rotating the pipe rod 2 again. This process is repeatedly executed so that it is possible to establish a largely-scaled ground solidification improvement body T in a desired shape in the ground.
【課題】現場に適応した色々な形状の大規模な地盤固結改良体を造成可能とし、かつ、工期・工費を大幅に改良・改善できる高圧噴射攪拌地盤改良方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤中に管ロッド2を所定深度まで挿入した後、管ロッド2から硬化材を高速高圧で噴射して地盤切削、攪拌混合させる高圧噴射攪拌地盤改良工法において、地盤中に管ロッド2を挿入後、管ロッド2を回動させることなく回動停止状態で管ロッド2より硬化材を高速高圧で所定時間噴射し、噴射後、管ロッド2を4度から15度の範囲内の所定の角度で回動してから回動を停止し、再度、管ロッド2を回動させることなく回動停止状態で管ロッド2より硬化材を高速高圧で所定時間噴射し、これを繰り返し行うことにより地盤中に所望形状の大規模地盤固結改良体Tを造成する。【選択図】図8
