PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety belt fixture for a rail in which a train can pass after fixing it by being fixed in a base part of the rail on a railroad bridge.SOLUTION: Rail holding grooves 33, 43 of a fixing clamping bracket 3 and a moving clamping bracket 4 engageable in a rail base part RB are opposed and inserted into a hooking shaft 2. An elastic body 61 and a fastening tool 5 are inserted in the outside of the moving clamping bracket 4. A fastening tool 5 is provided with a holding bracket 56 that can come into abutment with the moving clamping bracket 4. A sliding shaft part 24 obtained by notching a cross section of the hooking shaft 2 and a sliding hole 35 corresponding to the cross-sectional shape are provided to the fixing clamping bracket 3, and thereby the turning of the fixing clamping bracket 3 is prevented. The rail holding groove 33 of the fixing clamping bracket 3 is fitted to the rail base part RB, and the fastening tool 5 is screwed against a pressing force of the elastic body 61 and the moving clamping bracket 4 is moved forward in the direction of the rail base part RB. Accordingly, the holding bracket 56 is brought into abutment with a width portion of a hook part 41, and thereby it can be fixed to the rail base part RB.
【課題】鉄橋上に敷設されたレールのベース部に取り付けることにより、取付後も列車が通過できるレール用安全帯取付具を提供する。【解決手段】レールベース部RBに嵌合可能な固定挟持金具3と移動挟持金具4のレール保持溝33、43を対向させて掛止軸2に挿通し、移動挟持金具4の外側には弾性体61と締付具5を挿通する。締付具5には移動挟持金具4に当接できる保持金具56を設ける。掛止軸2の断面を切欠した摺動軸部24とその断面形状と対応する摺動孔35を固定挟持金具3に設けることで固定挟持金具3の回動を防止する。レールベース部RBに固定挟持金具3のレール保持溝33を嵌合させ、締付具5を弾性体61の押圧に抗して螺進操作して移動挟持金具4をレールベース部RB方向に押し進め、保持金具56を引掛け部41の幅部分に当接させることでレールベース部RBに取り付けられる。【選択図】図1
