METHOD FOR PURIFYING CONTAMINATED SOIL OR GROUNDWATER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification method that is a soil or groundwater purification method for purifying soil or groundwater contaminated with organochlorine compounds and can achieve both cost reduction and efficiency improvement.SOLUTION: In a soil or groundwater purification method for purifying soil or groundwater contaminated with organochlorine compounds, the soil or groundwater contaminated with organochlorine compounds is purified by providing a heating process where soil is heated to 50-70°C, the organochlorine compounds are decomposed to low boiling point organochlorine compounds having the number of chlorine atoms smaller than that of the organochlorine compounds by cometabolism of microorganisms existing in the soil, and the low boiling point organochlorine compounds are vaporized.
【課題】有機塩素化合物により汚染された土壌又は地下水を浄化する土壌又は地下水の浄化方法であって、コスト低下と効率化を両立し得る土壌浄化方法を提供する。【解決手段】有機塩素化合物で汚染された土壌又は地下水を浄化する土壌又は地下水の浄化方法において、土壌を50〜70℃に加温して、前記土壌中に存在する微生物の共代謝により有機塩素化合物を該有機塩素化合物よりも塩素原子数が少ない低沸点有機塩素化合物に分解するとともに、前記低沸点有機塩素化合物を気化させる加温工程を備えることにより、有機塩素化合物で汚染された土壌又は地下水を浄化する。【選択図】 図1
