MORTAR SPRAYING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar spraying method capable of easily adjusting the strength of mortar to be prepared by mixing a powder mixture with a liquid mixture immediately before spraying.SOLUTION: The mortar spraying method includes: separately preparing a powder mixture which contains cement and aggregates, and a liquid mixture which contains water and a polymer admixture; preparing a mortar by mixing the powder mixture and the liquid mixture immediately before spraying; and spraying the mortar toward an application site through a spray nozzle. Prior to preparation of the mortar, the relation between the ratio of the polymer admixture to the cement and the strength of the mortar is obtained. Based on the relation, the concentration of the polymer admixture is adjusted to have a desired strength.
【課題】本発明は、粉体混合物と液体混合物とを吹付けノズルで吹付ける直前で混合してモルタルを得る場合に、モルタルの強度の調整が容易にできるモルタル吹付け方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明は、セメントと骨材とを含む粉体混合物と、水とポリマー混和剤とを含む液体混合物とを別々に作製し、前記粉体混合物と前記液体混合物とを吹付けノズルで吹付ける直前に混合してモルタルを作製し、前記モルタルを吹付けノズルで施工箇所に吹付けるモルタル吹付け方法であって、前記モルタルの作製に先立ち、モルタルにおける前記ポリマー混和剤のセメントに対する比率と、前記モルタルの強度との関係を求めておき、前記関係に基づいて、所望の強度になるように前記液体混合物中のポリマー混和剤濃度を調整する。【選択図】図１
