NON-CEMENTITIOUS ORGANIC RENDER FORMULATION WITH IMPROVED WORKABILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions which exhibit improved workability in both cementitious and non-cementitious dry mixes when wet to make cement, mortar, or trowelable compositions for use in exterior insulation finishing systems.SOLUTION: A dry mix composition and a dry composition are provided each of which is a shelf-stable composition for use in dry mix applications. The shelf-stable composition comprises a water redispersible polymer powder (RDP) composition containing a multi-stage acrylic copolymer and a dry anionic associative thickener chosen from a hydrophobically modified alkali swellable acrylic emulsion copolymer, an alkali swellable acrylic emulsion copolymer, and mixtures thereof, the BDP having a calcium methacrylate salt group and further containing a nucleating agent having a boiling point of 150-500°C and a water solubility of 3.5% or less, and a colloidal stabilizer.
【課題】外断熱仕上げシステムにおける使用のためのセメント、モルタルまたはコテ塗装可能な組成物を作るために湿潤状態にしたとき、組成物がセメント系および非セメント系ドライミックスの両方において改良した加工性を示す組成物の提供。【解決手段】多段アクリルコポリマーおよび疎水性に修飾されたアルカリ膨潤性アクリルエマルションコポリマー、アルカリ膨潤性アクリルエマルションコポリマー、およびそれらの混合物から選択される乾燥陰イオン会合性増粘剤含有の水再分散性ポリマー粉末(RDP)組成物を含む、ドライミックス適用における使用のための常温保存可能な組成物で、カルシウムメタクリル酸塩基を有し、150〜500℃の沸点及び3.5%以下の水溶性を示す核形成剤、及びコロイド安定剤を更に組むドライミックス組成物および乾燥組成物。【選択図】なし
