PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door unit that detects opening/closing of a door so that the occurrence of the opening/closing can be checked from the outside of the door, and the door.SOLUTION: A unit (1), which is provided in a door (10) openably/closably fixed to an opening (11), includes a rotor (3), a contact part that is brought into contact or noncontact with the opening (11), and a drive part that rotatively drives the rotor (3) in association with the contact or noncontact of the contact part with the opening (11). Rotation of the rotor (3) can be visually recognized from the outside of the door (10).
【課題】扉の開閉を検知して、開閉があったことを扉の外から確認することができる扉ユニットと扉とを得る。【解決手段】開口部（１１）に開閉可能に固定された扉（１０）に設けられているユニット（１）であって、回転体（３）と、開口部（１１）に接触または非接触する接触部と、接触部の開口部（１１）への接触または非接触に伴い、回転体（３）を回転駆動する駆動部と、を有してなり、回転体（３）が回転したことを扉（１０）の外から視認可能であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図４
