PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device and the like which can maintain the state of being unlocked by an unlocking operation.SOLUTION: A lock device includes: a sash that is provided movably in an opening/closing direction; a latch mechanism 20 for releasably regulating movement of the sash; a released state maintaining mechanism 30 for maintaining a released state in which regulation performed by the latch mechanism 20 is released; and an operation member 50 for performing the operation of releasing the regulation performed by the latch mechanism 20 and of maintaining the released state by the released state maintaining mechanism 30.
【課題】解錠操作により解錠した状態を維持することが可能な錠装置等を提供する。【解決手段】開閉方向に移動可能に設けられた障子と、障子の移動を解除可能に規制するラッチ機構２０と、ラッチ機構２０による規制が解除された解除状態を維持する解除状態維持機構３０と、ラッチ機構２０による規制を解除するとともに解除状態維持機構３０により解除状態を維持させる操作をするための操作部材５０と、を有している。【選択図】図３
