BICYCLE PARKING MACHINE AND BICYCLE PARKING LOT EQUIPPED THEREWITH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking machine capable of improving its operability while reducing the burden of a user by eliminating the need for operating force on a rack in all elevation and lowering strokes of the rack independently of an actually bicycle mounted state or a vacant state, and to provide a bicycle parking lot equipped with the bicycle parking machine.SOLUTION: A bicycle parking machine 100 includes a slider 10 to which a horizontal rack 11 for a bicycle BCL to be mountable thereon is integrally fixed and which is elevated/lowered along a supporting column 12 erected in the vertical direction, an air cylinder 20 arranged on the supporting column 12 and having a piston rod 21 to be reciprocated in the vertical direction by pneumatic pressure, a pneumatic pressure control circuit 30 having a selector valve 31 for selecting the driving direction of the piston rod 21, an operation lever 40 to be artificially operated, and a linkage mechanism 50 for linking the piston rod 21 to the slider 10.
