CORNER GROOVE FOR STRETCHING NET ON ALUMINUM SCREEN DOOR FRAME AND FASTENER FOR CORNER GROOVE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener to be used when stretching a net on a screen door frame, specifically a hard fastener to hold a net along the groove for stretching the net, allowing an inexperienced user to easily fit the fastener and stretch the net, and also to easily remove the fastener when replacing the net.SOLUTION: A fastener 1 is made of rubber-based and other materials of high elasticity and flexibility, and is thus easy to fit ino a groove 7 for stretching a net. The fastener 1 is of a cylindrical form with a double-layer structure made of plastic-based and other hard materials between the void in the center and the flexible surface, and is made hard to thereby be easy to insert into the groove 7 for stretching a net. The materials may be a combination of rubber- and plastic-based materials, rubber-based materials only, plastic-based materials only, or any other materials that similarly constitute a double-layer structure of soft and hard parts. The fastener 1 is of a cylindrical form, and therefore can be removed easily by inserting a removal jig into the void at an end of the fastener 1 and hooking for taking it out.
【課題】網戸枠のネットを張る際に、ネットを押さえる張設溝に沿って硬さを有した留め具にすることにより経験がなくても容易に留め具をはめ込みネットを張ることができ、ネットの張り替え時に容易に取り出すことができる留め具を提供する。【解決手段】表面の素材はゴム系素材など、伸縮性、柔軟性がある素材を使用することによりネット張設溝７に入り易くこの留め具１は筒状となっており中心の空洞から柔軟性のある表面との間はプラスチック系等で2層構造にし、硬くすることにより張設溝７に押し込む事が容易である。素材としてはゴム系プラスチック系の組み合わせ、ゴム系のみ、プラスチック系のみ、他同等の柔らかい部分と硬い部分の２層構造であれば可能である。この留め具１は筒状であり、取り外す時は留め具１の端の空洞に取り出し器具等で引っ掛けて取り出すことで、取出しが容易にできる。【選択図】図４
