TILE UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile unit excellent in workability for attaching tiles onto a wall surface.SOLUTION: A tile unit 10 has a plurality of rectangular tiles 2 arranged at joint spaces in cross and longitudinal directions in such a maner that the adjacent tiles are connected to each other. On the reverse of each tile 2, a plurality of projections 3 are provided which extend in parallel in the cross direction of the tile and end inside a predetermined width from each end in the cross direction of the tile. At each end in the cross direction of the tile, a flat face 6 is provided which is lower than the head top face of the projection and extends from end to end in the longitudinal direction of the tile. The flat faces 6 of the plurality of tiles adjacent to each other in the cross and longitudinal directions are connected with tapes 12 which extend along the longitudinal directions of the tiles.
【課題】タイルを壁面に貼り付ける作業性に優れるタイルユニットを提供する。【解決手段】複数枚の矩形のタイル２が目地間隔を隔てて縦横に配置されているとともに隣接するタイルが連結されているタイルユニット１０である。夫々のタイル２の裏面には、タイル横方向に平行に伸びており、タイル横方向の両端から所定の幅だけ内側で終わっている複数の突条３が設けられている。また、タイル横方向の両端に、突条の頭頂面よりも低い平坦面であってタイルの縦方向の端から端まで伸びている平坦面６が設けられている。縦横に隣接する複数のタイルの平坦面６が、タイルの縦方向に沿って伸びているテープ１２で連結されている。【選択図】図２
