CORNER MEMBER FOR WINDOW FRAME AND WINDOW FRAME STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner member constituting a window frame structure, which has a simple structure and easy-to-manufacture and easy-to-assemble while having satisfactory strength.SOLUTION: The window frame structure includes: a corner member 2; a vertical frame member; and a horizontal frame material. The corner member 2 includes: a support post 2a which has an L-like shape in cross section; plural protrusions 2b protruding in a depth direction and a width direction from the support post 2a; and plural screw holes 2c drilled in the depth direction and the width direction on the support post 2a. The protrusions 2b and screw holes 2c are disposed alternately in the depth direction and the width direction respectively. In the depth line and in the width line, the protrusions 2b and the screw holes 2c are disposed alternately. The protrusions 2b are inserted into two ribs disposed between frame members in the depth direction and the width direction, and screws are inserted and fixed into the screw holes 2c.
【課題】組み立てやすく、十分な強度を有し、且つ、構造が単純で製造が容易な窓枠構造を製造するためのコーナー部材を提供する。【解決手段】窓枠構造は、コーナー部材２、縦枠材、及び横枠材を含み、コーナー部材２は、断面がＬ字状の支柱２ａと、支柱２ａから縦横二方向に突設された突起２ｂと、支柱２ａに縦横二方向に穿設されたビス孔２ｃを有しており、これらの突起２ｂとビス孔２ｃは縦横の各方向のそれぞれで交互に列設されているとともに、縦側の列と横側の列で突起２ｂとビス孔２ｃが互い違いに設けられており、縦枠材及び横枠材に配置された支持部の２本のリブの間に、突起２ｂが嵌入可能であるとともに、ビス孔２ｃに挿入されたビスが緊嵌可能である。【選択図】図１
