CALCIUM ALUMINATE RAPID HARDENING ADDITIVE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium laminate rapid hardening additive, which suppresses chromatic color development of a hardened body of a hydraulic composition using the additive without reducing the rapid hardening property, and makes the surface color tone of the hardened body substantially the same as that of a cement-based hydraulic composition which does not contain calcium aluminate.SOLUTION: Provided is a calcium aluminate rapid hardening additive containing as a main component calcium aluminate having a total iron content of 0.5 to 2 mass% and a trivalent iron content of 0.5 mass% or less, and a vitrification rate of 53% or less.
【課題】 カルシウムアルミネート速硬混和剤を混和使用した水硬性組成物の硬化体の有彩色系の発色を、速硬性を低下させることなく抑制し、カルシウムアルミネートを含まないセメント系水硬性組成物の硬化体表面の色調と実質同程度のものにする。【解決手段】 鉄の総含有量が０．５〜２質量％且つ３価の鉄含有量が０．５質量％以下であり、ガラス化率５３％以下のカルシウムアルミネートを有効成分とするカルシウムアルミネート速硬混和剤。【選択図】 なし
