CLINKER PRODUCTION METHOD AND APPARATUS WHOSE FREE LIME CONTENT CONTROLLED BASED ON QUARTZ CRYSTALLITE DIAMETER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinker production method in which the control of clinker free lime content is easy.SOLUTION: Provided is a clinker production method in which the free lime content in a clinker is controlled by adjusting the input amount of a mineralizer based on the quartzite quartz crystallite diameter, and in which the free lime content is controlled by inputting a mineralizer by 0.12 to 0.14 kg/t-cli as fluorine amount for every time the quartz crystallite diameter increases by 50 nm for the case when the clinker free lime content increases by 0.1 to 0.3 wt.% for every time the quartz crystallite diameter increases by 50 nm when in no mineralizer addition, and by calcinating the same.
