PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow elimination of terminal equipment such as an IC card in a room entry/exit management system using the IC card.SOLUTION: A user allows an individual ID existing in an IC card 12 to be read using a short-range radio communication function unit of portable information equipment 16 (built-in IC card reader/writer antenna) in the vicinity of a door 11 to which entry (or exit) is wanted. Then, the read ID is mounted on the short-range radio communication function unit so as to be transmitted to a control device 10. The control device 10 collates the received ID with the individual ID, and unlocks an electric key 13 of the door if the entry (or exit) is permitted, and an entry to the room is allowed. Thereby, the room entry/exit is permitted by the IC card without installing the card reader in the vicinity of the door 11.
【課題】ＩＣカードを用いた入退室管理システムにおいて、ＩＣカードリーダなど端末機器を省略可能とする。【解決手段】ユーザは入室（または退室）したい扉１１付近で携帯情報機器１６（搭載されているＩＣカードリーダ/ライタアンテナ機能）の近距離無線通信を用いてＩＣカード１２にある個人ＩＤを読み込ませる。次いで、読み込んだＩＤを短距離無線通信に載せ制御装置１０に送信する。制御装置１０は受信したＩＤを照合し入室（または退室）許可であれば、扉の電気錠１３を解錠にし、入室を可能とする。これにより扉１１の付近にカードリーダを設置することなくＩＣカードによる入退室を可能とする入退室管理システム。【選択図】 図２
