INFILLED STATE INVESTIGATION METHOD AND INFILLED STATE INVESTIGATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infilled state investigation method and an infilled state investigation device, capable of stably and highly accurately confirming an infilled property of placing concrete, without receiving influence of a meteorological condition and the like.SOLUTION: The infilled state investigation method is provided for imparting vibration to concrete 3 in a form 2, and confirming an infilled state of the concrete 3 in the form 2 using an infilled state investigation device 1. The infilled state investigation method performs: work for measuring the temperature of an outer surface of the form 2 using a thermo-camera 11; work for measuring vibration of the outer surface of the form 2 using a noncontact type vibration measuring instrument 12; work for converting the temperature and a frequency included in the vibration into an image; and work for evaluating the infilled state of the concrete 3 in the form 2 based on the image of the temperature and the frequency.
【課題】気象条件等の影響を受けることなく、安定して高精度に打設コンクリートの充填性の確認を行うことが可能な充填状況探査方法および充填状況探査装置を提供する。【解決手段】型枠2内のコンクリート3に対して振動を付与するとともに、型枠2内のコンクリート3の充填状況を充填状況探査装置1により確認する充填状況探査方法であって、型枠2の外面の温度をサーモカメラ11により測定する作業と、型枠2の外面の振動を非接触式の振動測定器12により測定する作業と、温度および振動に含まれる振動数を画像化する作業と、温度および振動数の画像に基づいて型枠2内のコンクリート3の充填状況を評価する作業とを行う。【選択図】図1
