PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it has been unable to apply a film on a portion requiring antifouling and non-adhesive properties because of temperature rise with the heat cooking depending on parts, and the problem that definite restriction has been imposed in forming the film containing PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), when using the PTFE in a heating cooker in a conventional manner, the service temperature is limited because of the heat resistance of the PTFE.SOLUTION: On the surface of a plate 6, a fine uneven surface is formed by the chemical etching and on the fine uneven surface, a ceramic coating film containing a siloxane bond is formed by a sol-gel method.
【課題】従来、加熱調理器にＰＴＦＥを使用する場合、ＰＴＦＥの耐熱性により使用温度を制約され、部品によっては加熱調理に伴う温度上昇のため、防汚や非粘着性が必要な部位に皮膜を施すことができない課題があった。また、ＰＴＦＥを含む皮膜の形成に一定の制約を受ける課題があった。【解決手段】プレート６は、表面に、化学エッチングによって、微細凹凸面が形成され、微細凹凸面に、ゾル・ゲル法によってシロキサン結合を持つセラミックコーティング皮膜が設けられた。【選択図】図６
