JIG FOR CONSTRUCTING COLUMN FOR SOLAR PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig used for constructing a column for a solar panel in which workability is good and which has fewer dimension errors.SOLUTION: A jig for constructing a column for a solar panel includes: a horizontal beam member 18 which strides over a mold frame 12 in a short width direction and whose cross section is a quadrangular shape; leg materials 19, 20 provided being paired up at the horizontal beam member 18; and a temporary fixing material 21 for temporarily fixing a column 13 at an intermediate position of the horizontal beam member 18. The leg materials 19, 20 are mounted on the horizontal beam member 18 in a slidably movable manner, and they include: a square cylindrical part connected and fixed at a predetermined position with a pin; a leg part arranged in a vertical manner right under the square cylindrical part; and horizontal receiving materials 36, 37 fixed in the middle position of the leg part and mounted on a flange part 11 of the mold frame 12. A lower end of the temporary fixing material 21 is located at a position higher than lower ends of the horizontal receiving materials 36, 37.
【課題】作業性がよくしかも寸法誤差も少ないソーラパネルの支柱の構築に使用する治具を提供する。【解決手段】型枠12を短幅方向に跨ぐ断面四角形の水平梁材18と、水平梁材18に対となって設けられた脚材19、20と、水平梁材18の中間位置に支柱13を仮固定する仮固定材21とを有し、脚材19、20は、水平梁材18に摺動移動可能に装着され、所定位置にピンで連結固定される角筒部と、角筒部の直下に垂直配置される脚部と、脚部の途中位置に固定され、型枠12のフランジ部11に搭載される水平受け材36、37とを備え、仮固定材21の下端は、水平受け材36、37の下端より高い位置にある。【選択図】図1
