METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PIEZOELECTRIC MATERIAL, PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT, LIQUID EJECTING HEAD, LIQUID EJECTING APPARATUS, ULTRASONIC SENSOR, PIEZOELECTRIC MOTOR, AND POWER GENERATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: piezoelectric material that reduces environmental loads, and has high piezoelectric characteristics and dielectric characteristics in a wide use environment temperature range and also high Curie temperature; a piezoelectric element using the piezoelectric material; a liquid ejecting head; a liquid ejecting apparatus; an ultrasonic sensor; a piezoelectric motor; and a power generator.SOLUTION: Piezoelectric material contains: a first component which comprises complex oxide having a perovskite structure that is rhombohedral crystal in a single composition and has Curie temperature of Tc1; a second component which comprises complex oxide having the perovskite structure that is crystal other than the rhombohedral crystal in the single composition and has the Curie temperature of Tc2; and a third component which comprises complex oxide having the perovskite structure that is the same crystal system as the second component in the single composition and has the Curie temperature of Tc3. The Tc1 is higher than the Tc2, and the Tc3 is higher than the Tc1.
【課題】環境負荷を低減し、広い使用環境温度範囲で圧電特性、誘電特性が高く、また、キュリー温度が高い圧電材料並びにこれを用いた圧電素子、液体噴射ヘッド、液体噴射装置、超音波センサー、圧電モーター及び発電装置を提供する。【解決手段】単独組成では菱面体晶であり、かつ、キュリー温度がTc1であるペロブスカイト型構造を有する複合酸化物からなる第1成分と、単独組成では菱面体晶以外の結晶であり、かつ、キュリー温度がTc2であるペロブスカイト型構造を有する複合酸化物からなる第2成分と、単独組成では第2成分とは同一の結晶系で、かつ、キュリー温度がTc3であるペロブスカイト型構造を有する複合酸化物からなる第3成分とを含有する。Tc1はTc2より高く、Tc3はTc1より高い。【選択図】図1
