LOADING METHOD FOR BUILDING FACILITY, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading method for building facilities, which enables the building facilities to be suitably loaded in a skeleton unit, and a manufacturing method for a building, which can suitably increase manufacturing efficiency.SOLUTION: In a loading method for a bath unit 30, in which a unit body 31 having a bath tub and a floor panel are loaded on a frame 32, the bath unit 30 is loaded in a building unit 10. The loading method for the bath unit 30 includes the steps of: loading the bath unit 30 on a carriage 60 for a bath unit in the state of interposing a bedding material 70 under the frame 32; guiding the bath unit 30 to a position to place it side by side with the building unit 10 in the state of loading the bath unit 30 on the carriage 60 for a bath unit; and transferring the bath unit 30 together with the bedding material 70 to the building unit 10 from the carriage 60 for a bath unit by moving the bath unit 30 in a loading direction in the state of arranging the carriage 60 for a bath unit in a position to place it side by side with the building unit 10.
