GROUND REINFORCEMENT METHOD USING SMALL DIAMETER CONCRETE CAST-IN-PLACE PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground reinforcement method capable of easily and efficiently constructing a cast-in-place pile with stable quality at low cost without causing material separation in the concrete while producing little surplus soil.SOLUTION: In order to construct a cast-in-place pile, the ground reinforcement method uses: a casing 10 of a length H/2 which is generally a half of a pile construction depth H; a front end drilling blade 2 which is detachably attached to the front end of the casing; and an attachment 9 which is attached to the top end of the casing. After the front end drilling blade is attached to the casing at the lower end thereof, the casing is driven to insert into the ground by approximately depth of H/2. After injecting an injection material inside the casing, the attachment is connected to the casing, and the casing connected with the attachment is driven to insert into the ground by the pile construction depth H. The casing with the attachment connected thereto is pulled up until the lower end of the casing gets closer to the upper end of the injection material (in this case, the front end drilling blade is left at the bottom of the pile). After removing the attachment from the casing, the injection material is injected inside the casing again. Finally, the casing is pulled out.
【課題】残土の排出が殆んどなく、安定した品質確保が容易、施工が容易かつ低コストで施工可能、更に、コンクリートの材料分離を生じさせることなく能率的に施工可能な地盤補強工法を提供する。【解決手段】杭施工深さHの約半分の長さH/2のケーシング10とこのケーシングの先端に係脱可能に取り付けられる先端掘削翼2とケーシングの上端に接続されるヤットコ9とを用いて施工する。下端に先端掘削翼を係合させたケーシングを地盤に約H/2の深さまで貫入し、ケーシング内に注入材を注入し、次いでケーシングにヤットコを接続し、このヤットコ接続のケーシングを杭施工深さHまで貫入する。ヤットコ接続のケーシングを、ケーシング下端、が先に注入した注入材の上端面付近にくるまで引き上げ(この場合先端掘削翼は杭底に残る)、次いでヤットコをケーシングから取り外し、再び注入材をケーシング内に注入した後、ケーシングを引き抜く。【選択図】図1
