WATERPROOF STRUCTURE FOR JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure for doubly waterproofing a joint by using a seal material comprising a primary seal part and a secondary seal part integrated together, which allows easy work to insert the seal material into the joint and ensures sealing.SOLUTION: A seal material 21 comprises: a primary seal part 27, which includes lips 24, 25, and 26 that are elastically in contact with the end surfaces on the exterior wall panel side forming a narrow width part 5b of a joint 5; and a secondary seal part 32, which includes legs 29 formed in a manner they protrude from the intermediate parts of the interior-side lips 26 of the seal part 27, seal lips 30 that are formed in a manner they protrude obliquely upward from the ends of the legs and are elastically in contact with the exterior-side side surfaces of a wide width part 5a of the joint, and guide lips 31 formed in a manner they protrude from the ends of the legs obliquely in the direction opposite to the seal lips 30. A space m between the ends of the guide lips 31 is narrower than a width D of the joint 5 so that they serve as guides when the seal material is inserted into the narrow width part 5b of the joint.
【課題】一次シール部と二次シール部を一体に備えたシール材を用いて目地を二重に防水する防水構造において、シール材の目地への挿入作業が容易で、シールが確実に行える防水構造を提供する。【解決手段】シール材２１は、目地５の細幅部５ｂを形成する外壁パネル側端面に弾接するリップ２４、２５、２６よりなる一次シール部２７と、該シール部２７の屋内側リップ２６の中間部より突出形成される脚部２９と、該脚部先端より斜め上向きに突出形成され、目地広幅部５ａの屋外側側面に弾接するシールリップ３０と、前記脚部先端より前記シールリップ３０と逆向きに斜めに突出形成されるガイドリップ３１の二次シール部３２からなり、ガイドリップ３１は先端間の間隔ｍが前記目地５の幅Ｄより狭く、目地の細幅部５ｂに挿入する際のガイドとしての機能を果たす。【選択図】図３
