SUSPENSION POSITION MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND SUSPENSION POSITION MEASUREMENT METHOD OF FLOATING CRANE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension position measurement device and a suspension position measurement method of a floating crane which can accurately measure the position of a suspension body such as a grab bucket without requiring mounting operation at a hight place in a floating crane such as a self propelling grab hopper barge.SOLUTION: A suspension position measurement device of a floating crane comprises: a scanning type laser distance meter 13 which is fixed at an arbitrary position of a floating crane 1, allows a laser beam to turn and scan within a desired scanning range, receives a reflection beam 12 when the laser beam is reflected by an object, and measures a distance between the object, and a scanning angle; distance meter position measurement means for measuring the position of the scanning type laser distance meter 13; distance meter azimuth measurement means for measuring a true azimuth of a desired direction with the scanning type laser distance meter as a base point; measurement object determination means for determining whether the object is a measurement object; and calculation means for calculating a horizontal direction center position of the measurement object.
【課題】ガット船等のクレーン船において高所での取り付け作業を要さず、グラブバケット等の吊り体の位置を正確に計測することができるクレーン船の吊り位置計測装置及び吊り位置計測方法の提供。【解決手段】クレーン船1の任意の位置に固定され、レーザビームを所望の走査範囲内で旋回走査させ、レーザビームが物体で反射した際にはその反射ビーム12を受信し、物体との間の距離及び走査角度を計測する走査式レーザ距離計13と、走査式レーザ距離計13の位置を計測するための距離計位置計測手段と、走査式レーザ距離計を基点とした所望の向きの真方位を計測するための距離計方位計測手段と、物体が計測対象物であるかを判別する計測対象物判別手段と、計測対象物の水平方向中心位置を算出する演算手段とを備えたクレーン船の吊り位置計測装置。【選択図】図1
